Since 2021, EDOTCO has played a crucial role in the expansion of 5G infrastructure in Malaysia, completing the largest number of 5G sites in the country. EDOTCO has constructed 1,695 sites nationwide. This substantial contribution underscores EDOTCO’s commitment to and capability in supporting Malaysia’s 5G rollout. This achievement reflects its strong commitment in supporting the Government's objective of achieving 80% 5G coverage in populated areas nationwide by year-end, through Digital Nasional Berhad.
