EDOTCO Indonesia and Alita Formalise Strategic Collaboration for Telecom and Smart City Development
EDOTCO Indonesia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Alita Praya Mitra, formalising a strategic collaboration to explore cooperation in telecommunications infrastructure and smart city development across Indonesia.
The MoU reflects a shared intent to support Indonesia’s digital transformation by enabling more integrated, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure. As connectivity needs continue to evolve alongside urbanisation and digital adoption, both organisations recognise the importance of collaboration in developing infrastructure that can support long-term national growth.
Through this MoU, EDOTCO Indonesia and ALITA will jointly assess potential areas of cooperation in the provision of telecommunications infrastructure and smart city initiatives within selected regions. The agreement provides a structured framework for engagement, allowing both parties to exchange information, align technical and operational considerations, and evaluate collaboration opportunities in a responsible and compliant manner.
The collaboration brings together complementary capabilities. EDOTCO Indonesia contributes its experience in the development and operation of telecommunications infrastructure, while ALITA brings its expertise in technology and smart solutions. This alignment is intended to support more cohesive infrastructure planning and deployment, particularly where connectivity solutions intersect with smart city applications.
Through this collaboration, both parties reaffirm their commitment to contributing to a more connected, resilient, and future-ready digital ecosystem, supporting national connectivity goals while laying the groundwork for potential partnerships that can scale with Indonesia’s digital growth.
