Vista Bumiria Sdn Bhd (VBSB) is a telecommunications infrastructure company and a subsidiary of EDOTCO Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Established in 2014, VBSB has built its expertise in infrastructure development, engineering, and connectivity solutions, supporting the expansion of Malaysia's digital ecosystem.
Today, VBSB serves as Terengganu's State-Backed Company (SBC) for telecommunications infrastructure development, playing a strategic role in accelerating the deployment of towers, fibre infrastructure, and next-generation connectivity solutions across the state.
Our Journey
2026
On 24 April 2026, Vista Bumiria Sdn Bhd was appointed as Terengganu's State-Backed Company (SBC) for telecommunications infrastructure development. The appointment reflects the Terengganu State Government's commitment to accelerating the rollout of high-quality, future-ready digital infrastructure while promoting more coordinated, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure development across the state. As the SBC, Vista Bumiria leads the development of telecommunications tower and fibre infrastructure, serving as a central platform to support Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in delivering enhanced connectivity to communities across both urban and rural Terengganu.

Ground-based Tower
Optimized tower design solution that meets the international design standard requirements. Lattice configuration of conventional ground based towers that are suitable for higher capacity and macro coverage requirements
Rooftops
EDOTCO has formed partnerships with property owners to create greater opportunities for increased network coverage. We support our customers' needs to provide coverage in densely populated areas through innovative rooftop tower.
Monopoles (5G Smart Pole)
An integrated solution for 5G structures that caters for urban area deployment with minimal footprint. With its hollow tubular or polygonal tubes, these poles can be custom-designed for a variety of single or multi-user configurations. Its slim design makes it ideal to deploy in populated areas.
Mobility Solution
Infrastructure that is portable on trucks, allowing fast and easy installation in restricted areas. EDOTCO’s rapid deployment mobile solution that can be deployed on-site to support mobile network coverage requirement during natural disasters/special events.
Reference Access Offer
VISTA BUMIRIA SDN. BHD. (Company No. 1088709-W) ("Access Provider") is a licensed network facilities and services provider under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (“Act”) and the first entity of its kind dedicated to providing telecommunications operators with comprehensive infrastructure solutions and accompanying services.

Alam Mindscape Sdn Bhd (formerly known Touch Mindscape Sdn Bhd) was established on August 8, 2006, as a subsidiary of Touch Group Holdings Sdn Bhd (THSB), has long been a key player in Malaysia’s telecommunications sector primarily in Pahang, particularly in providing vital infrastructure services. With its headquarters in Kuantan, the company has consistently contributed to the state’s telecommunications infrastructure landscape.
