This was in addition to two prominent awards, including the Overall Engagement Awards and the Overall Leadership awards. In the individual category, Ramon Chelva, edotco’s Chief People Officer, clinched Silver in the Most Inspiring Leader category.

The Employee Experience Awards returns for its second year to honour organisations that have excelled at focusing on employee experience to help retain and excite employees. The winners were announced last Friday, 24 June 2022, across 29 categories and three key elements of a holistic employee experience approach: Leadership, Learning, and Engagement.
