Dhaka, December 14 , 2020: edotco Bangladesh, the leading regional integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company, has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 accreditation by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for its development, operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. The certificate is a true testament to edotco Bangladesh’s continuous drive in advancing the telecommunication industry towards ensuring improved network connectivity across the nation.

The guided ISO implementation and documentation process began in early February this year despite the challenges around COVID-19 restrictions. By November, the organization was ready and subsequently received certification once completing thorough audit and assessment processes. This certification confirms that the organization conforms to internationally recognized standards and will continue to be guided by the mechanisms in place to ensure operational and customer service excellence, driven by a robust process approach, evidence-based decision-making and continued improvement throughout the whole organization.
