Manager, Key Account

JOB PURPOSE

  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging for new business, and servicing as local customer advocate to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and serve as key point of contact
  • Identify and proactively seek new business solutions for customers
  • Communicate frequently with internal departments to maintain an accurate, current understanding of existing and upcoming customer projects and issues.
  • Attend customer and internal deployment meetings as needed.
  • Follow-up on all installations with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure higher level of customer satisfaction by quickly and effectively handling all customer issues
  • Facilitate discussion between customer and internal departments or 3rd party service providers as required
  • Track key sales indicators and provide accurate, timely reporting of these indicators to the appropriate individuals at the Group and National Tower Companies (NTCs)
  • Ensure the sales dashboard is updated in a timely manner and that the information is current and accurate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract conditions and terms of customers

 

Working Relationship

Internal

  • Engineering team to identify business opportunities and provide solutions to customers
  • Sales support for activation of new accounts and credit limit management
  • NTC Department Heads to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met
  • Group Sales, Group Strategy & Commercial for market intelligence feedback and development of new solutions for customers

External

  • Customers and other 3rd party service providers engaged to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Management
  • 7 years relevant experience
  • Telecommunications industry exposure an advantage

Skills and Knowledge

  • B2B marketing knowledge
  • Key account management
