JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform month end, quarter end and year end accounting closing which include journal processing and financial statement preparation
  • Perform monthly Balance Sheet, P&L analysis including reconciliation to sub-ledger
  • Preparing various Reporting for statutory and management needs
  • Perform self-inspection on work areas and implement measures to ensure compliance to accounting practices, policies and guidelines
  • Support statutory audit including preparation of audit schedules and attending to audit queries
  • To support any other task as and when needed

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification with a strong financial reporting experience
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Analyst role
  • Working experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and knowledge in public listed company statutory reporting requirements, particularly in the telecommunication industry will be an added advantage

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to contribute ideas and implement improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an added advantage
